The Beginning

Green & Green, Inc. was established in 1994 in Cave Creek, Arizona. The firm’s client base is primarily within rural areas of the state, therefore almost all communication with clients or consultants occurs electronically by e-mail, phone or traveling directly to the project site on an as needed basis.  Their office is a FLW inspired, detached studio building located on the couple’s residential property.

A Better Way

The unique characteristic of these partners, is that they both have experience in working with large architectural / construction management firms and each has a passion about providing seasoned, experienced professionals to work on all phases of every project. The founding principals had a vision of providing better service than what was currently available in the maze of large, design firm environments.

Diane Green

Co-Founder & President

Diane Green, AIA serves as the Project Architect and provides leadership for all communication while a project is in the programming, design, construction document and bidding phases.  Previous employment includes an interior architecture firm and two large architectural firms, all located in Phoenix, AZ.  Ms. Green instructed basic design within the School of Architecture at Arizona State University from 1989 to 1991.  With this background, she has maintained a strong sense of design fundamentals and presentation skills.

Chuck Green

Co-Founder & Vice President

Chuck Green, NCARB serves as the Project Manager for Construction Administration and provides leadership for all communication while a project is in the construction phase and his responsibilities include overall supervision of construction management consulting services.  Prior to the firm’s formation, he was a senior project manager for Kitchell CEM (Capital Expenditures Management). Previous employment includes two small architectural firms and serving as a Drafting Instructor at Phoenix College.
